Three sessions left with Coach Jonathan, July 11, 12, and 13. Our athletes are learning how to improve their performance from the inside out through sport specific physical training and nutrition. The ST7 Volleyball Off Season Training Program is a high intensity training program designed to improve our athletes overall body performance.

The off-season time period is one of the most crucial times for players to advance their growth. Exercises will be specifically designed to improve strength, stamina, speed, and agility. Keep your head in the game and your skills on the court throughout the summer with this exciting, new training opportunity. If athletes commit and work hard at these sessions they can expect:​

  • Explosive athleticism for improved performance Increased vertical jump, muscle mass, power, speed and agility

  • Mental toughness and endurance

  • Effective rest and recovery

  • Nutritional guidelines for improved performance Injury prevention
