Culture is defined as the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization. ST7 Volleyball’s culture is the very life blood of our organization. It is what drives our coach’s to lead, our parents to cheer, and our athletes to compete. We at ST7 Volleyball believe in putting God first. We value hard work, strong competition, and pushing yourself to your limit and then going one more step. We take pride in true sportsmanship. We believe in putting team before self.
