Youth Sports are more competitive than ever. Raw talent alone will no longer earn you a spot on the roster, play time, and/or a scholarship to the school of your dreams. You must be stronger, faster, and more agile. You must possess both mental and physical endurance and strength. While many believe that these are qualities that you are simply born with, we do not. We believe with the proper physical training and nutritional guidance athletes can drastically improve their performance on the court. Athletes must not simply focus on the skills necessary to hit, pass, and serve, they must concentrate on the physical demands required to apply those skills in a game. The speed, agility, and strength needed to hit harder, dig faster, and block stronger can be gained through a targeting training program. ST7 Sports Performance Training is a total body conditioning that incorporates the latest in performance and strength training designed to push athletes to reach the next level.
