MINI CLUB SEASON
Mini Club will not only help your player improve their volleyball techniques, but will also improve their overall athletic, social and leadership skills in a fun and exciting way. Mini Club season is for athletes of all skill levels who are not on a varsity high school team roster. Teams are formed by age which allows athletes to gain experience with club volleyball helping to prepare them to tryout and participate in both club season and future school teams. ST7 Mini Club teams will practice twice a week and compete in 4 tournaments. This schedule allows athletes to participate in both school volleyball and ST7 Mini Club at the same time with as few scheduling conflicts as possible. Mini club practices will be scheduled from 7:00pm - 8:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays to allow flexibility with possible school season practices and games. All tryouts and practices will be held at The Big House, 1544 Lane Park Cutoff Rd. Tavares, FL 32778. ST7 club teams are determined by age, skill level, and position played. Once try-outs have taken place we will set our teams. We understand that Mini Club is a substantial financial investment to make in your athlete; with this in mind, we have split the Mini Club fee into three easy payments. ST7 Tryout Fee Guidelines for Current ST7 Members
Current ST7 members must follow all of the regular sign up procedures mentioned above. The tryout fee will have a discount for current club team athletes if the tryout fee is pre-paid online. If not pre-paid online, ST7 current club members will pay the standard tryout fee. ST7 reserves the right to refuse re-enrollment to athletes with poor discipline, attendance records or conduct detrimental to the team. Re-enrollment may also be refused to athletes or parents/legal guardians who have demonstrated disharmony regarding the purpose, objectives, standards, policies, rules or regulations of the club. In addition, athletes will not be re-enrolled until all financial obligations for the athlete or any immediate family member of the athlete are brought current. Any athlete who left a previous season without completing their financial obligations will have to pay at least half of the upcoming club season’s fees in order to be re-signed.

Any registration after that will be a walk in.
Pre - Paid Fee for New Athlete: $50.00** Pre - Paid Fee for ST7 Member: $40.00**
Walk-in fee for both new and current ST7 members: $55.00
**The tryouts fee is non refundable for any reason. It pays for the service of the coaches, facility, etc. during tryouts. There is a discount for current club team athletes if the tryout fee is pre-paid online. If not pre-paid online, ST7 current club members will pay the standard walk-in tryout fee.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee. In order to cancel your participation at tryouts, ST7 Volleyball
MUST be notified 24 hours in advance. If notified 24 hours in advance, ST7 Volleyball will gladly refund your appropriate payment (New Athlete $40.00) or (ST7 Member $30.00). If ST7 has not received notice 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund to your credit card. Once try-outs have occurred there are no refunds of the try-out fee for any reason.

2. AAU MEDICAL HISTORY AND RELEASE FORM.
Fill out the FLORIDA AAU VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM MEDICAL HISTORY AND RELEASE FORM.
This form needs to be notarized before the Try-out day. You will find this document inside the "Athlete Registration Packet".

3. AGE DEFINITION
Check Age Definition to determine the player’s age group. Playing age is defined as the athlete’s age as of September 1, 2020. You are responsible to verifying your child’s playing age. To determine what age group to try-out for please Click Here.

4. Bring a Copy of the Athlete's birth of Certificate.

5. Upon acceptance, both athletes and parents / legal guardians must sign the ST7 Statement of Cooperation.
Mini Club Season Try-outs Format
Registration

Upon arrival you will register at the registration table.

In order to register each participant of the try-outs must submit the Athlete Registration Packet. A participant will NOT be able to try-out if the Registration Packet is incomplete.

Submit a copy of the athlete's birth of certificate.
Evaluation

ST7 coaching staff will be evaluating skills, fundamentals, teamwork, communication, attitude, discipline, leadership and others.
Team Assignments

ST7 will be posting the athletes names that were selected to participate in the mini club teams 24 hours after the last try-outs. You must visit our website www.st7volleyball.com to verify if your child / children was selected. All parents / legal guardians of athletes who have been selected must contact ST7 by email at st7volleyball@gmail.com within 24 hours of the posting in order to confirm their commitment to ST7.
